Christmas break (Part 1)!

For Christmas break, Garrett and I got to go home for Christmas, thanks to our parents buying us plane tickets home!! It was so great to see our families, after four long months of not seeing them! It was so nice to just relax and spend time with everyone!

The first week of us being in Florida consisted of many shopping trips for me with both of my moms, and for Garrett all he did was play video games all day and all night with my brothers. He was so excited to have his guy time with them and catch up on all the new video games he had not played yet. I tried to get Garrett out of this "man cave" several different times but it was a fail.. they were in there all day, all night, and would not go to sleep till 4am. I basically never saw him except at dinner.. crazy boys!

For Christmas eve, we had two dinners. Our first dinner was at The Colombian in St. Augustine with Garrett's side of the family. We had so much fun with them and ate a lot of yummy food! I wish I took more pictures but here are a few.

For our second Christmas Eve dinner, we went to my Nana's house in Ponte Vedra. Garrett and I were so full from our first dinner that we could not eat a thing but we still had fun just seeing everyone.

 Every Christmas eve, all of us sleep in the same room and fall asleep watching the Grinch, and this is exactly what we did this year! It is one of my favorite traditions that we have.

On Christmas morning, Collin was the one who woke all of us up! It was 5:45am in Florida but 3:45 in Utah, so Garrett and I were definitely feeling the time change.

One of my favorite parts of Christmas is just coming home and seeing the house decorated. I love looking at all of the decorations! It's just so Christmasy!

This is my little caroler that I got a long time ago, that was once used as a decoration ... Now it is used as a play toy for my brothers and dad. Before I came into town they sent me videos of them hanging her from the sealing and tormenting her. My poor little girl. She is coming home with me next year so she does not have to deal with their cruelty!

Christmas night, my grammy and Aunt Mandy came over for dinner and to open presents.We has so much fun!  Here is a pic of grammy with her scarf I made her!

After, we spent time with my side of the family, we went to Garrett's house to see his side. We had so much fun just spending time with them and opening gifts. I totally forgot to bring my camera when I went over there.. so I have no pics, boo!
