Our New Adventure

Well, it's official. Garrett and I are on the road to Provo, Utah. We still cannot believe that we are actually moving away from our family and friends, but we are super excited! Yesterday, after we finished packing all of our stuff into the U-Haul truck, we said our goodbyes to our family headed for the road on our LONG road trip towards 2 years at school.

Zach decided last minute that he would help us with the drive! I am so happy he decided to come along with us especially because I  now will not have to drive the huge uhaul! So now the three of us are cruising through the Mid-West.

Yesterday we drove only about six hours to Atlanta and stopped for the night. Garrett's Aunt Jeane and Uncle Scott let us crash at their house in Snellville, Georgia. It was great to see everyone but sad to say goodbye AGAIN. Luckily I didn't cry this time.

Today we started out on the road again around 6:30. It's now 3:15pm and our Verizon MiFi is working great! So far today we have driven through Tennessee, Kentucky and Illinois. We hope to get across Missouri to Kansas City, Kansas around 8:30 pm where we plan on staying the night.
